- Handling Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for your custom items to be crafted, inspected, and prepared for shipment.
- Shipping Calculations: Shipping charges are automatically calculated as a flat rate at checkout based on your delivery location.
🛡️ Transit Protection Guarantee
We take great care in packaging your orders safely, but 3D prints can sometimes face a rough journey.
- Damaged in Transit? If your item arrives broken, we will send you a free replacement item completely on us.
- How to Claim: Simply send us a clear photo of the broken print within 48 hours of delivery so we can verify the issue and get your replacement straight onto the print bed.
